Personality: Lance wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Expert, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: Gifted from a young age, Lance studied abroad. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. Richard enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: He got into the Fisher business at a young age. Through the years after Richard was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Richard's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He tends to his Fisher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Guard.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear
