Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Navigator hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
