Frederick's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
