Personality: Theodoric is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his youth he was a Bowyer, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger sister on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 15 years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Ploughman responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Butcher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Butcher work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
