Description: This malnourished man has a large white mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his grey robe. His hair is long and blonde with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small white clips. His beard is auburn, braided, and well cared for. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.
History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. His childhood dream was to be a Dyer, but he was a colossal failure. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: This man stands a little under 5'1" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His hair is short and white. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he's looking for his big break

Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and is dressed in a clean brown cloak covering his clean studded leather. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He wears his red hair up in a very large beehive style do. His eyes are likewise brown.
Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and money/treasure

Description: He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He carries with him a set of shortbows, each one with a jet on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He has wavy red hair. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. A true patriot, Heward would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: Heward was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Architect hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Heward fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: An older man who wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination, he is not a threatening figure. His black hair is braided into rings. His half smiles and violet eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is harsh and unforgiving.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.
