History: Born in the east to a Carter, Alex learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Detective, but he got bored and became a Carter. He's also a talented Detective, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. He is obsessed with his god.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.
