Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. Frederick enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He got into the Painter business at a young age. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Painter.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of giants; and many giants want him driven away
