History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. He worked as a nervous Cartwright and found it very stressful. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Through the years after Roland was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Roland's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born in a small plains village. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature hand crossbow.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Navigator work with an outfit from a few towns over. Navigator work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Navigator.
