History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Through the years after Randal was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Randal's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Randal and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He got into the Carpenter business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Carpenter. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To be a Body Guard again; and to share knowledge with the world

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is an amazing painter.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He uses divination through singing.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and to unite with his brother

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears dark leathers with embroidery. Sporting a chestnut mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He got into the Cartwright business at a young age. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He struck the Cartwright job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
