Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born in the east to a Mason, Charles learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Mason. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
