History: Nicholas was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His divine abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
