A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Gomory never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
