History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against drow; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears suspenders and brown workpants. His shirt is black, and he wears a heavy brown leather apron most of the time. Sporting a golden mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He is a Laborer first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Laborer for hire.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Nicholas lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nicholas fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and a strong sense of loyalty to human people
