History: He comes from a rich southern family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Hubert hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Sellsword business.

History: He comes from a rich western family. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. The war was a terrible time for him, and Dustin does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Dustin was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
