History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Soapmaker but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Soapmaker. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to prove his worth to the world

His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Alexandre embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it
