Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.

History: Dean hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and revenge

History: Charles hails from a village terrorized by giants. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and he desires power and/or immortality
