History: Charles was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mercenary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He's also a talented Barrister, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
