The war was a terrible time for him, and Robert does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: The child of a Sellsword, who enjoyed hunting, Robert was taken on many hunting expeditions. Robert was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Engraver. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: Lance was born with his mother's beautiful face. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and wants to work out more often

His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Lewis was born with his father's beautiful face. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Lewis never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: Cory lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to unite with his brother
