Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Charles was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Weaver. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Gerald is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
