Personality: He hates goblins. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. Personality: Lance wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Rogue, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Lance grew up listening to his mother's many stories. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Personality: Bernard speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. After a long history of fighting, Bernard and his spouse have recently divorced.
