History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Jocelyn fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
