Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His brown hair is unkempt and raggedy. His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 87. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He uses divination through singing.
History: Theodoric was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. Now he works as a writing tutor during his time off.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Barkeep responsibilities is difficult.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. He wears a yellow vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His pastel leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his yellow boots flare out at the collars, marred by teas. He is bald on top and has large brown tufts of hair around his ears. His gray eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: He is a Slaad in disguise. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: He was born in a small island village. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Balimaar was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Description: He is renowned for his bright green suits and hats. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His head has been shaved. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. During his travels, Theobald and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Theobald discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Theobald fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
