Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His blonde hair is long and unkept. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep violet.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Hugh was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Warrior, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Warrior in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: He wears a violet small hat and violet clothes. He carries a battered bastard sword and tarnished halberd as well. His hair is blonde, silky, and of moderate length. His violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature halberd.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he is well dressed, constantly wearing a green suit, blue shirt, and tan tie. His moppish brown hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: This dark-skinned male wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His golden hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Gilbert was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: He is in excellent shape and wears yellow painted combat armor at almost all times. He wears a colorful flower in his chestnut hair. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his blue eyes.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Conrad was raised in a hard working conservative environment. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He bought a shield and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and to protect his home
