Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and balancing his hectic life and new courier responsibilities is difficult

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. Henry enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Mayor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mayor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mayor for hire.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new mayor responsibilities is difficult
