He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature flail.

History: The child of a Tailor, who enjoyed hunting, Charles was taken on many hunting expeditions. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He's also a talented Tailor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
