History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gifted student he started as a Unemployed, but he got bored and became a Scribe. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He has a golden handlebar mustache and slicked back golden hair. His eyes are a pleasant blue.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Gilbert's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He uses divination through singing.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. After coming to the age of reason, Gilbert took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gilbert fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Adam lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature quarterstaff.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and doesn't want to be a bellfounder and was forced into it by his family
