History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
