History: He was born in the south. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He bought a bow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: He is a Ruler first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Ruler but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 11 years.
