History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Ernest was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Ernest was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the orcs.

His attire stands in sharp contrast to his shield, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a dagger on it. His red hair is singed and shortened. His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and to prove his worth to the world

Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'3" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a tight fitting brown shirt and pants. He sports a long white beard, and similarly colored long hair. He has hazel eyes and a brown hat with a tan feather.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Hugh embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He uses divination through singing.

History: Gifted from a young age, Hugh studied abroad. When Hugh reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born into a rich family. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and sabotage a competitor

Description: This light-skinned male is renowned for his bright black suits and hats. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. With a patchy chestnut beard and wild chestnut hair. He has gleaming, smiling violet eyes.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
