History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Richard has worked very hard to control his curse. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Richard was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
