Personality: Charles hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Charles lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Miles is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
