When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and to pay off his debts

History: Born in the east to a Fletcher, Gerald learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He tends to his Fletcher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
