History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Percival never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now mingles about in high society.
