History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His childhood dream was to be a Marshal, but he was a colossal failure. He's also a talented Marshal, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Anselm was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of drow
