Description: He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'0" when asserting himself. He has shaved his head bald. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are brown.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He's also a talented Miller, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: He has the majority of his body covered in plate. He carries a battered mace and tarnished kukri as well. His red hair is unkempt and raggedy. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady brown eyes.
Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Interpreter but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Description: This man wears a worn and beaten armor. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized opal on his left hand. His silver hair is knotted and matted. His violet eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Theodoric was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Theodoric was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature axe.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.
Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His hair is short and blonde. His amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
