History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He bought a club and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Description: This tall, slender man dresses in violet turtlenecks beneath a brown coat with grey slacks. His auburn hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and revenge

He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
