Personality: He is fixated on the number 74. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Gifted from a young age, Theodoric studied abroad. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Junk Dealer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
