History: He got into the Blacksmith business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. William fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Born in the south to a Ploughman, Kyle learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear.
