His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Rolf lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Tanner, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
