History: He was born into a rich family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.

His moppish black hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His eyes are likewise green. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Hubert was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance.
