History: Kody hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting brigands, the young Kody began to lead the lost caravan. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Roland was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
