History: Nicholas hails from a village terrorized by brigands. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Nicholas alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His childhood dream was to be a Adventurer, but he was a colossal failure. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lance fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
