History: Balimaar was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Rogue, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Rogue in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature mace.

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Marshal arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Arnold embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Don lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Knight they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Dilettante, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son.
