His green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gifted student he started as a Navigator, but he got bored and became a Ruler. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Ruler.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to be a navigator again

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Justin's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A gifted student he started as a Engraver, but he got bored and became a Priest. He's also a talented Engraver, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Personality: Theobald wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Ranger, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He also has developed a complete distrust of the Seamstress profession.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Tailor for the past few years.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Balimaar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A freak accident while working with his Beggar father left him crippled. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and to get a good night's sleep
