Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Norman never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
