Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. Percival enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Cartwright. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Born to a Fortune-teller, his father struggled to pay the bills. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
