Description: He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His chestnut hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a dagger scrunchie. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.
Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sellsword hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he is dressed in earthy colors with a grey and brown handkerchief worn on his right side. His golden hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are brown.
Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He invites people to come help in his community garden.
History: Roger was born with his mother's beautiful face. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Interpreter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Interpreter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Interpreter for the past few years.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Description: This man wears silk and lounges about seductively, and sports empty pouches on his belt. He keeps his long white hair kept up in a rat tail. His green eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. At some point he was captured by drow and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Gilbert was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the drow.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. He is afraid of women and trembles around them
History: Adam was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He struck the Performer job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, John and his spouse have recently divorced.
