History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He is physically well-built. His black hair is greasy and uncared for. His fierce green eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He works hard and plays hard.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Frederick and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
