Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. A freak accident while working with his Merchant father left him crippled. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: Born in the north to a Barkeep, Percival learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He struck the Barkeep job and began his own company from there.
