History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Gerald was born on a far eastern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Blacksmith. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Ernest was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared.
